We are looking for a high-energy, reliable, and organized individual to join our team in a hybrid customer service + operations role.
Position Summary:
This is NOT a desk-only job.
This role is the front-line operator of our business, responsible for:
- Serving customers at the counter and on the phone
- Creating orders and invoices
- Preparing and picking customer orders
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment
You will be the bridge between customers, sales, and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve walk-in customers professionally and efficiently
Order Preparation & Operations:
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for larger or complex orders
- Double-check order accuracy before release
- Stage orders for pickup or shipping
- Communicate priorities and urgent orders to the warehouse
Coordination & Quality Control:
- Ensure orders are complete, correct, and on time
- Flag inventory issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Help keep the front and order staging areas organized
- Answer phone calls and emails, process orders and inquiries
- Prepare invoices and sales orders in the system
- Take payments and release orders
- Provide basic product guidance and support

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in customer service or operations (warehouse, counter sales, parts desk, etc.)
- Comfortable using computers and order/invoice systems
- Good English communication (additional languages are a plus)
- Physically able to move around and help prepare orders
- Experience in building materials, hardware, or related industries is a strong asset

Timing: This position requires work from 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

- $21–$25/hour depending on experience

Work Location: In person
