Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Manage existing accounts to maximize growth potential and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track prospects, sales activities, and client interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in account management and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales environments
- Analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs for strategic planning
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
