Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
- Assist in serving food items when necessary, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to establishment policies
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating teamwork, communication, and adaptability

Pay: $17.60-$27.16 per hour
