Job Overview:
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes during installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed with software include materials used, and time spent on jobs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program preferred.
- Valid HVAC certification and/or relevant licenses.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
