Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels through accurate ordering and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the parts team.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Monitor department performance, profitability, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Parts Management experience in an automotive dealership (import dealership experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer ordering systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and achieve department sales and profitability goals.
- Experience with dealership management software is considered an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
