DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Daytime Host/Hostess
The Host/Hostess is responsible for ensuring that all GUESTS are attended to and served in accordance with the high standards as outlined by Boston Pizza.
The smooth, even flow of the dining room/sports bar will be a top priority of the Host/Hostess. He/she will ensure that all reservation, telephone and waiting list procedures are followed.
The Host/Hostess is responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant.
A good working knowledge of all products must be maintained by the host/hostess.
The Host/Hostess will ensure that GUESTS benefit from ongoing and upcoming promotions by staying abreast and helping in the implementation of new promotions.
The Host/Hostess will also assist with deliveries when required - valid drivers licence required
Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful Host/Hostess.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
