At Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, our Hosts are the first and last impression our guests have of the restaurant. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and organized individuals who enjoy providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times.
- Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections.
- Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Support the front-of-house team during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Follow all company policies and food safety standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
