Security Guards – Multiple Positions Available
Raine Security Services is hiring multiple licensed Security Guards for security assignments in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario
Position Details
- Position: Security Guard
- Number of openings: Multiple positions available
- Location: Kitchener, ON
- Employment type: Part-time / Casual
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Available shifts may include weekdays, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the requirements of the assigned site.
- Start date: Upon completion of the hiring and site onboarding process
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence at the assigned property
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
- Conduct regular patrols
- Monitor and respond to security-related incidents
- Enforce site rules and procedures
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- Contact emergency services when required
- Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
- Follow company and site-specific policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Current First Aid/CPR certification as required by the assignment
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout a shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Previous security experience is an asset but not required
