Fix Auto is looking for a Full time Customer Service Representative!
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our body shop team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, booking appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Make follow up phone calls to customers, insurance companies, and outside vendors.
- Completes general administrative duties as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Payment Processing
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Safety Focused
Experience
-
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Computer systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
Requirements

Strong Computer literacy, including effective working skills of M365, Email and general data entry
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an asset
- Knowledge of auto body industry is considered and asset
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Professional appearance and manners
- Valid Drivers License with clean abstract
