Job Overview
Capital Auto Center is seeking a motivated Client Experience Advisor to support our marketing, manage incoming leads, and ensure every customer receives a professional and seamless experience from first inquiry to vehicle delivery.
This role combines digital marketing, lead management, and customer experience. You will play a key role in helping our dealership grow by engaging with customers online, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, and social media
- Respond quickly to incoming leads and guide customers through the buying process
- Coordinate appointments and assist the sales team with qualified leads
- Photograph vehicles and prepare images for online listings and advertisements
- Create and manage vehicle listings across digital platforms (Marketplace, AutoTrader, website, etc.)
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage 5-star reviews
- Maintain organized records of leads and customer interactions
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and online messaging
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations
- Basic photography and social media experience is an asset
- Automotive interest or dealership experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English / French) is considered an asset
