Overview
We’ve been helping the people of Niagara move, heal, and feel better for over three decades — and now, under new management, we’re excited to grow like never before! The clinic’s got history, heart, a loyal community and a great reputation behind it. What we’re looking for now is someone who wants to be part of building its future WITH us.
We’re after a physiotherapist who’s not afraid to think differently. Someone who’s curious, fun, and loves what they do. We want you to care about people and want to grow in the direction that lights you up and sparks your passion — whether that’s sports rehab, pelvic health, neuro, geriatrics or something totally your own.
We’re not big on rigid hierarchies or cookie-cutter treatment plans. We are big on teamwork, flexibility, and helping each other do work we’re proud of that gets great results.
What You’ll Get
- Freedom to grow in the areas you’re most passionate about — we’ll support you every step of the way.
- Mentorship and collaboration without micromanagement.
- A fun, laid-back team that believes in doing great work and actually enjoying the process.
- A chance to be part of a revitalized, community-trusted clinic that’s writing a new story.
- Out of the Box marketing - to help grow your practice FAST.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Figuring out what’s really going on with people and addressing the underlying issues and not just the present injury.
- Putting together treatment plans that actually fit the person in front of you — not just what the textbook says.
- Getting hands-on and creative with your treatments to help people move better, get stronger, and stay that way.
- Teaching patients (and their families) what they can do at home to keep things improving — simple, useful, and easy to follow.
- Leading a team of highly qualified PTAs to assist with achieving amazing results for your patients - and inspiring them to learn and grow.
- Working closely with the rest of our team so every patient gets well-rounded care.
- Keeping solid notes and tracking progress, because details matter and we like knowing what’s working.
- Staying curious — keeping up with new ideas, techniques, and approaches that make you an even better physio.
What you bring to the table
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. New grads welcome to apply. (We do NOT have the capacity to take Residents at this time)
- Passion and excitement for what you do.
- Energy that is palpable and contagious.
- Openness to new ideas and collaboration with team members and other professionals in the community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
If you’re looking for a clinic that feels more like a team and less like a factory, where ideas are welcome and laughter is part of the job — we should talk! You can apply here through Indeed, but you will get bonus points for seeking out our email to connect directly and telling us what your favourite muscle is and WHY!
Let’s see if we’re a good fit — because we’re definitely nacho average clinic, and we’re looking for someone who’s nacho average physio.
