Exotic Surfaces Ltd. is a growing premium countertop fabrication company specializing in quartz, granite, porcelain, and natural stone. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented CNC Programmer who thrives on precision and takes pride in producing flawless work.

What You’ll Do
- Program CNC routers, bridge saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Review shop drawings and ensure all measurements and details are accurate before production.
- Optimize programs for efficiency, material usage, and production flow.
- Communicate with the office, templating team, and shop staff to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Maintain organized digital files and production documentation.
- Identify potential issues before they become costly mistakes.
- Support continuous improvements in shop processes and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience programming CNC equipment (countertop or similar manufacturing experience is an asset).
- Extremely detail-oriented—you catch mistakes others miss.
- Organized, neat, and methodical in everything you do.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Friendly, respectful, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and takes ownership of your work.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Bonus Skills
- Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Moraware
- LT-55 / CAD software
- AlphaCAM, ICAM, or similar CNC programming software
- Donatoni, Intermac, or Breton machinery
- Countertop fabrication experience
