Compensation & Commission Structure Agent-Originated Deals
- First 3 funded deals: 60%
- $0 – $2.5M funded volume: 75%
- $2.5M – $10M funded volume: 80%
- $10M – $15M funded volume: 85% + Volume Bonus (if applicable)
- $15M – $20M funded volume: 90% + Volume Bonus
- $20M+ funded volume: 95% + Volume Bonus
✔ Commission tiers are based on previous calendar year funded volume with NXT
✔ Commissions are paid weekly (every Friday) as received from lenders
Volume Bonus (VB) Opportunity
Certain lenders pay annual or per-file Volume Bonuses. When eligible:
- 80% to Agent / 20% to Brokerage
- Minimum lender-paid bonus of 5 bps required
- Must fund $10M+ personal volume annually
- Agent must be licensed, active, and in good standing at payout
- Paid when lender remits bonus to NXT

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 1, Level 2, or Mortgage Broker (FSRA)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to compliance and best practices
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up on commissions
Work Structure
