Overview
We are a dynamic and modern furniture distributor based in Laval, seeking a highly organized, detail-driven individual to join our team as a Purchasing & Customer Service Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy across product data, and delivering a high level of service to our clients. This is a dynamic position offering exposure to purchasing, e-commerce, and sales support within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Duties
- Create and maintain items within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy across all product data
- Manage and update product listings on Shopify, maintaining consistency with brand standards
- Oversee ongoing Shopify maintenance, including product updates and content accuracy
- Assist with purchasing coordination and product data management
- Support order entry, processing, and internal coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and account support
- Contribute to product launches and collection updates
- Support showroom setup and assist during trade shows and market events (travel required)
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (recommended)
- Experience with ERP systems and item creation (an asset)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
