Successful Candidate must have an experience in hotel accounting for atleast 5 years, including that for preparation of Hotel P&L, Balance sheet, forecasts etc....
have a bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting/ Finance with atleast 8 years of proven experience in Full cycle accounting.
Strong deep dive experience required of Sage 300 or Peoplesoft or major hotel accounting software.
Strong deep dive experience of handling various software tools and interface.
have an experience of handling large data base and large spreadsheets
be well versed in validation of data
be very detailed oriented & proficient in Balance Sheet Analysis, Journal entries, Bank reconciliations and Accounts Payables
be very comfortable in developing Income Statement, cash flows and other Accounting reports
have an excellent communication skills
be an IT Savvy ( specially in Ms excel )
be very fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
have ability to handle multi tasking and report on deadlines
