TGI Connect is seeking an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life, creating content, coordinating campaigns, and working closely with sales to support business growth. The Marketing Specialist will help execute marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate leads, support customer engagement, and reinforce TGI Connect’s position as a trusted partner to the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Brand Support
- Create and coordinate content for blogs, customer stories, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with developing social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Ensure all communications align with TGI Connect’s brand standards and messaging.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, and collateral.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Update and maintain website content using the company’s content management system.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience lists, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives through content updates and keyword implementation.
- Monitor website and campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns as required.
Sales & Customer Support
- Develop and update sales presentations, product sheets, brochures, and other sales enablement materials.
- Support the preparation of customer communications and product announcements.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials meet customer and prospect needs.
- Help coordinate customer success stories and testimonials.
Events & Industry Activities
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events. Assist with booth preparation, promotional materials, registrations, and follow-up activities.
- Support industry partnership and sponsorship initiatives.
Marketing Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Track campaign results and prepare reports on marketing activities and outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
