- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing backstock, and conducting regular inventory counts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Support sales goals through upselling techniques and promoting store promotions or new products
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is highly desirable
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for potential advancement opportunities
