What You'll Do:
Delivery & Installation
- Safely deliver fitness equipment to residential and commercial customers throughout the GTA.
- Provide white-glove delivery service, including room-of-choice placement and equipment assembly when required.
- Assemble fitness equipment according to manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools.
- Test assembled equipment to ensure proper functionality before leaving the customer's location.
- Follow all delivery instructions and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at customer sites.
Loading & Transportation
- Review daily delivery schedules and plan vehicle loading for optimal route efficiency and product protection.
- Verify that all products loaded match packing slips and customer orders.
- Secure products properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Complete proof of delivery documentation and capture any required customer signatures.
Customer Experience
- Provide friendly, professional service at every customer interaction.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding arrival times and delivery updates.
- Answer customer questions and ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Represent Northern Fitness with professionalism and care.
Vehicle & Warehouse Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Coordinate service appointments as required.
- Assist with warehouse duties including:
- Order picking and staging
- Inventory organization
- General warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
- Product consolidation and preparation for delivery
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience.
- Minimum 1 year of moving, furniture delivery, or white-glove delivery experience.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including:
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive lifting and movement
- Lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 150 lbs with assistance and equipment as required.

- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Must be comfortable with 10 hour days
- Occasional weekends as required
Work Location: In Person – Vaughan, ON (Field based position)
This role operates primarily throughout the GTA with yoru delivery vehicle serving as your mobile workspace. Candidates should be comfortable spending most of their day on the road and at customer locations.
