Café Souvenir is looking for experienced line cooks to join our growing kitchen team as we launch our brand-new Mediterranean-inspired bistro menu.
We're bringing new energy to a Montreal institution with a menu focused on fresh ingredients, quality execution, and memorable hospitality.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen
- Works cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Performs well in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, organized, and punctual
- Takes pride in consistency and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute our new Mediterranean-inspired menu
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
