Decor Floors Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Flooring Installer to join our team in a full-time, in-house capacity. We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and providing outstanding customer service on both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install hardwood, laminate, and vinyl flooring to the highest industry standards.
- Complete residential and commercial flooring projects efficiently while adhering to project schedules.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Represent the company professionally at all job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in hardwood, laminate, and vinyl flooring installation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
