We are searching for an experienced Corporate Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client, an established global Tier 1 manufacturer supplying complex components and assemblies to the automotive and broader industrial markets. Ideally, the successful candidate will be located in Windsor, Ont, but can be located in the GTA with required bi-weekly travel to Windsor and on an as needed basis)

Our client is seeking a sophisticated Corporate Human Resources Manager to lead human resources operations across the company's North American divisions. This role requires a data-driven leader who balances high-level corporate governance with divisional autonomy. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining a hands-on presence across manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Systems: Build, refine, and deploy a robust corporate HR Operating System, establishing standardized processes and SOPs across North American sites.
- Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and align divisional HR teams across Canada and the US, ensuring consistency while respecting regional nuances.
- Data-Driven Operations: Leverage HRIS, analytics, and automation to streamline administration, tracking key KPIs to predict trends and mitigate organizational risks.
- Talent Architecture: Create scalable recruitment, onboarding, and succession frameworks to secure pipeline depth for both corporate and manufacturing floor roles.
- Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a high-performance culture based on transparency, mutual respect, and "best ideas win" through regular pulse checks and performance loops.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure comprehensive compliance with North American labor laws and employment standards, defining clear lines of local vs. corporate authority.

- Recruiting Metrics: Target cycle times and fill rates for critical leadership roles.
- Retention: Key-role and frontline direct-employee turnover tracking and mitigation.
- Budget Adherence: Divisional headcount alignment with approved financial plans.

- System Deployment: Complete cross-divisional adoption of standard HR Operating procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience is a MUST with at least 5 years in an HR managerial role
- Operational Scope: Proven success managing multi-site industrial manufacturing operations is a MUST.
- Legal Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of North American labour laws and compliance structures is a MUST.
- Systems Design: Direct experience developing and documenting corporate policy frameworks, standard operating procedures, and change management plans.
- Tech Acumen: Hands-on experience optimizing modern HRIS, workforce management tools, and performance data platforms.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
