Asst-Mgr and Customer service / sales
As a Asst-Mgr and customer service/Sale of our retail store you will be responsible to make sure the customers experience is excellent.
- You will learn the Catch of the week customer service system
- Educate customers about our products
- Keep your work area clean
- Up sale to increase customer basket
- Learn how to filet fish, cook live lobster etc
- Greet customers when entering the store
- Help the manager to supervise other staff members
- Maintain quality control of the product
- Inventory control
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the retail industry ( 10 years )
- Asst-Mgr/Management experience (5yrs)
- Strong sales skills (5years)
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Background in the food industry or hospitality
- Experience in fish & seafood industry is an assets
- Knowledge of french language is an assets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
