This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and standards
- Support cooking processes, including grilling, sautéing, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock items
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
