Host / Hostess – Luxury Nightlife Venue

We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, and customer-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join our Guest Experience Team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, upscale nightlife environment. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, well-groomed, and enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and seating areas.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding seating and venue operations.
- Communicate effectively with management, security, servers, and VIP staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Assist in creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Remain calm, organized, and professional during busy service periods.
- Perform additional front-of-house duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Shift Availability
- Saturday evenings (required)
- Occasional weekday evening events based on the venue's event schedule.
Applicants must be available to work Saturdays, as this is our primary operating night.
