Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CWB Inspector to join our dynamic team. The majority of the inspection work is located in and around the Edmonton, Alberta area with occasional travel to various locations within Alberta, Canada. This is a fast-paced position and an opportunity to grow. This is occasionally a physically demanding position and requires a candidate that is reasonably physically fit.
Job Responsibilities:
The appropriate candidate will:
- Complete inspection reports and supporting documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify compliance with CSA W47.1, CSA W59, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) where required.
- Communicate inspection findings with clients, fabricators, and CIC project personnel.
- Maintain current certifications and ensure all work is performed safely and professionally.
- Travel to fabrication shops and project sites as required.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid class 5 driver's license.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of ticketed experience.
- Must be at least 25 years old with a clean driver abstract
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be reasonably physically fit to perform job requirements.
