Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Specialist to join their team.
As a Senior Service Delivery Specialist -you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting the planning, organization, assessment, development and implementation of a key Learning and Development initiative.
Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $36.39/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Duration: 4 months contract
What's the Job?
- Administrative Support – Act as centralized contact for L&D program delivery support for learners, internal partners and client groups. Schedule participants into workshops and training sessions.
- Where necessary, manage the flow of the session, by driving the deck during the sessions, moving participants from session to session, monitoring timing/agenda and minimize disruptions
- Manage all incoming questions, consolidate on the fly and call out the question(s) to the speaker to answer
- Coordinate and schedule trainers, balancing multiple priorities to ensure seamless program delivery
- Single point of contact for participants pre and post session
- Responding to emails from all levels across the organization
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging multiple stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage workload in an ambiguous environment
- Experience with scheduling or planning in various platforms is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
