NOTE: THIS IN NOT FOR EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS. It would be 2 days per week , permanent, during office hours and in person. 7.5 hrs paid those days. days flexible.
Seeking a detail-oriented individual for admin work, including basic data entry/excel work, payroll for some clients, answering calls, looking up queries, and writing manual cheques accurately
Duties
- enter down bank statement and credit cards into excel. decent typing speed and accuracy required. will show how but some common sense and a good typing speed required.
- Process payroll accurately and on time twice per month for 10-15 clients on SAGE. Can show u initially and also send a video to start.
- answer calls and client enquiries(ony a few a day), as well as write cheques for a client accurately. Have a few videos to assist you.( this part is very important as needs to be error free!
- need goos English reading and writing
- skills, , speed, accuracy and ability to multi task
Qualifications
- typing speed of 45 WPM plus
- friendly and able to multi task and work independently
- can write out cheques and use excel, word
- Some familiarity with data sent and bookkeeping knowledge an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
