J*We are seeking skilled Framing Carpenters* with strong experience in commercial wood framing and timber installation for unique, high-end architectural projects. Position Overview
You will work on distinctive commercial and architectural projects involving complex wood framing and heavy timber installation. This is hands-on work where quality and attention to detail are essential.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial wood framing and timber installation.
- Strong eye for quality and craftsmanship — you take pride in doing the job right.
- Comfortable working at heights and on elevated structures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites (travel time is paid).
Schedule & Compensation
- 4-day work week: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends!)
- Overtime pay for hours over 40
- Paid travel time
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Extensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) available after successful completion of 3-month probationary period
