Required skills & Experience:
- Electrical / instrumentation: 3 years (required)
- License/Certification: Apprenticeship or certificate in your trade (minimum 2nd-Year apprentice)
- Ability to work with tools of the trade competently.
- Assembly & Mechanical background an asset.
- Experience pulling wires and installing parts & components using hand and power tools.
- Read and understand Electrical Schematics.
- Take safety seriously.
- Have high personal standards, are proud to be a tradesperson and want to do things right the first time.
- Want to have the ability to make their workplace a great place to be.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teardown of various electrical systems for repair/retrofit
- Lead and/or participate in extensive electrical/control installation for a various range of equipment
- Following blueprint for various installation (PLC, Instrumentation, power wiring)
- Varied tasks ensuring your work is always exciting and challenging
- Participate in improving CHW’s quality and productivity by collaborating in continual improvement initiatives
- Some tools required
