We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for our North York location. Our Customer Care Representative is the liaison between the company and our current and potential customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, primarily over the phone, email, and chat, for customers based on orders, deliveries, and any other requests of the customer.
Location: 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York ON M2N 6S6
Shift Times:8-hour shift between 9am -9pm
Compensation: $20-$23 per hour ( commensurate with experience)
Start date: Immediately
Please note that this position is IN-OFFICE.

Core Responsibilities:
Client Care
- Receive inbound customer calls
- Initiate outbound calls to our customers
- Engage in live chat
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders
- Initiate and follow up on required actions i.e. order maintenance, payment capture, delivery scheduling
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Facilitate resolutions to customer inquiries
Internal Care
- Problem Solve by utilizing internal resources
- Provide client care expertise when advising other associates
- Perform assigned system maintenance for various order issues

Physical requirements:
