Position Summary: We are hiring a Full-Time Juice Presser / Production Team Member to support our juice production operations. This role is ideal for reliable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Prepare, wash, juice, and package citrus products according to BLFC standards.

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Inspect citrus products for quality and remove any damaged or unsuitable fruit during processing.

Operate production equipment safely.

Follow all workplace health and safety policies

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude while maintaining a strong work ethic.

Assist with inventory movement, pallet building, and general production tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow continuity.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential job functions such as lifting containers up to 25 kg, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated or wet environments.
- Prior experience in food production, warehouse, or kitchen settings is an asset.
- Willingness to learn, punctuality, and reliability are musts.
- Food Handler Certification is a bonus.
Pay and Schedule:
- Pay: $18 to $20
- Full Time
- Monday to Sunday (5 days a week)
- Must be available on Sunday's
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
