This versatile hybrid role is designed for a professional who thrives on variety. You will act as the face of our dealership, delivering premium hospitality to arriving clients and vendors, while simultaneously driving operational excellence through precise automotive inventory control and database management.
What You'll DO:
The Face & Voice of the Dealership (Reception):
- Roll out the red carpet: Greet visitors, clients and vendors professionally and direct them to the right people and areas.
- Own the switchboard: Answer, Screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Keep things moving: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Support the team: Perform basic general office duties like data entry, filling, and scheduling.
The Inventory Coordinator:
- Log the fleet: Receive new and pre-owned vehicle inventory into the dealership and input details into our Dealership Management System (DMS).
- Prep the vehicles: Book incoming vehicles into service, detailing, or subtrades to get them retail-ready.
- Digital merchandising: Update our website with accessories, pricing, and key details to ensure 100% accuracy for our online shoppers.
- Stay accurate: Conduct monthly inventory counts and license plate audits.
What You Bring to the Team:
- The Basics: A high school diploma. Courses in business or marketing are a major asset!
- The Experience: 1 to 2 years of clerical, administrative, or customer-facing experience.
- The Skills: Stellar phone etiquette and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The Creative Touch: Basic graphic design or Photoshop skills to help our online inventory look sharp.
- Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
