About the Opportunity
DGN Staffing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Staffing Business Development Manager who can generate new business, build employer relationships, and secure staffing contracts throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
This is not a traditional office-based management position. Your primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients and generate profitable business.
We already have the operational capacity to deliver. Our company has access to workers, worker transportation, staffing operations, and a licensed farm-labour contracting division. We are now looking for an experienced professional who understands the staffing industry and knows how to connect with companies that require reliable labour.
The earning potential for this position is uncapped. The more profitable business you generate, the more you can earn. Compensation structure, commission, bonuses, and any base component can be negotiated based on your experience, track record, relationships, and expected contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies requiring temporary, seasonal, contract, or permanent staffing
- Generate new employer accounts throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
- Build relationships with warehouse managers, operations managers, plant managers, HR managers, farm operators, and business owners
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and in-person client visits
- Arrange meetings and present DGN Staffing’s services to prospective clients
- Negotiate staffing opportunities, bill rates, service requirements, and contract terms with management approval
- Develop relationships with warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, farms, greenhouses, food-processing facilities, and other labour-intensive businesses
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular activity updates
- Follow up consistently with prospects until opportunities are converted
- Support the onboarding and long-term management of new client accounts
- Identify opportunities for DGN Staffing to become a primary, secondary, or backup staffing supplier
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, labour supply, industrial sales, or staffing-agency business development is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and generate business
- Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland business market
- Existing relationships within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, or related industries will be considered a major asset
- Experience dealing with employer decision-makers and negotiating service agreements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and account development
- Professional written and verbal English communication
- Valid driver’s licence and access to transportation are preferred for client visits
Compensation
This position offers uncapped earning potential.
Compensation may include:
- Competitive commission on profitable business generated
- Recurring commission on eligible client accounts
- Performance bonuses
- Client-acquisition bonuses
- Negotiable base salary or hourly component for the right experienced candidate
- Customized compensation structure based on experience and proven results
There is no fixed upper limit on earnings. A high-performing individual who develops substantial business will be compensated accordingly.
Commission and bonuses will be based on clearly defined business performance, client revenue, profitability, collected payments, and account growth.
Work Arrangement
We are highly flexible regarding where and how you work.
You may:
- Work remotely from home
- Work under a hybrid arrangement
- Attend the office as needed
- Work from our office regularly
- Conduct sales activities independently throughout the Lower Mainland
You are not required to report to an office every day. Results, professionalism, accountability, and business generation are the primary expectations.
Office space can also be provided for candidates who prefer a structured workplace environment.
