We are looking for an experienced Digital Art teacher in our Art program.
This is a permanent part time position that runs from September 2026 to December June 2027 (full school year semester)
Class Times:
Weekdays After school 4 pm and more possible class times will occur
Weekends hours
A successful applicant should be an undergraduate student from a credible Art high school , Art College or University with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. Applicants must also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and students.
A successful candidate will have and maintain:
- guide the students in developing their artistic voice and encourage personal expression. They may also help students understand and appreciate art history.
- Guided our beginner level students in our new openly Digital Illustration class which designed for young artists who want to build real drawing skills and explore digital tool to develop and support to learn in confidence with creativity.
- In - Depth knowledge of the Ontario Art Curriculum
- Experience with young elementary students
- Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Police Check prior to employment
Part-time hours: 4 hrs per week and more
***Pay range will increase depends on applicant experience***
