Our client is an iconic Canadian company in the investment and private equity sector. They have a long standing and proven track record of high performance.
The Director of Compensation will collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide strategic compensation support, ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, and play a key role in core processes such as executive compensation advising, broad compensation planning, budgeting, and the year-end compensation review and approval cycle. This is not a Payroll position, but rather a Finance oriented one.
Requirements

CPA designation or MBA.

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in compensation, with meaningful experience in executive compensation.

Experience working directly with, as well as advising, executive teams and Boards.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, SUMIFS, nested IFs) with the ability to analyze large data sets and present results clearly.
