Role Overview
This is a full-time, field-based sales role within the commercial cleaning and facility supply industry. You will focus on building new business relationships across the Lower Mainland while developing your skills in B2B sales, prospecting, and account management. Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, customer-facing, or business development experience
- Strong interest in B2B sales and new business development
- Comfortable with in-person meetings, networking, and prospecting activity
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time and pipeline independently
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland / Tri-Cities
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to commercial industries such as hospitality, facilities, or healthcare environments
- Experience in retail sales, customer success, or service-based roles
- Bilingual abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline with a strong focus on new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Learn how to position value in a margin-driven product environment
- Support account retention and relationship-building efforts
- Track activity, opportunities, and progress with attention to detail
- Develop territory knowledge across the Lower Mainland

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000
- Variable compensation tied to new business and account retention
- Typical first-year earnings: $65,000 – $80,000+, with strong upside as pipeline builds
- Monthly vehicle allowance: $800
