Clinical Scalpology is a modern wellness concept in Calgary focused on elevated scalp care, restorative experiences, and a more thoughtful approach to self-care. We are building a multidisciplinary environment where clients can access supportive, high-quality care that bridges wellness, beauty, and overall wellbeing.
We are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our clinic and offer naturopathic services that complement our brand and client experience. This role is focused on naturopathic care, not scalp ritual delivery. The right candidate will provide consultations, wellness guidance, IV therapy, and other naturopathic services that align with their professional scope and our clinic philosophy.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, warm, client-centered, and excited to grow within a refined, modern, and multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide naturopathic consultations tailored to each client’s health goals and overall wellbeing
- Develop personalized care plans based on the client’s needs, lifestyle, and concerns
- Offer IV therapy and other naturopathic services within scope and professional standards
- Educate clients on wellness, recovery, nutrition, stress support, and preventative care
- Maintain clear, accurate, and professional charting and documentation
- Obtain informed consent and ensure safe, ethical delivery of all services
- Foster a calm, professional, and welcoming client experience
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the clinic when appropriate
- Stay current with naturopathic knowledge, treatment options, and best practices
- Contribute to the growth of a strong client-centered wellness culture
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor in Alberta
- Experience or interest in IV therapy and wellness-focused care
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with clients clearly
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative clinic environment
- Passion for preventative wellness, personalized care, and a high-quality client experience
- Interest in building a practice within a modern and elevated wellness brand

Important note
This position is focused on naturopathic medicine services, such as consultations, IV therapy, and wellness support. It does not involve providing head spa or scalp ritual services.
