The Role
This is not an order-taking role.
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on:
- Building a pipeline from scratch
- Getting out into the community
- Networking, prospecting, and opening doors
- Turning conversations into long-term client relationships

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Attend events, build community presence, and create meaningful connections
- Identify client needs and present creative promotional product solutions
- Develop and manage your own pipeline and sales activity
- Collaborate with our internal team to bring ideas to life for clients
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales targets

- Confident starting conversations and turning them into opportunities
- Organized and accountable with your pipeline and follow-ups
- Energized by goals, growth, and performance
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, outside sales or business development preferred
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Experience in the promotional products industry is an asset but not required
