As our organization continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Project Manager to support and lead key corporate initiatives across the business.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of cross-functional projects across multiple departments, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with organizational priorities.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused individual who is comfortable managing timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting operational and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
· Lead and coordinate corporate projects and operational initiatives across multiple departments
· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports
· Coordinate meetings, agendas, project communications, and follow-up actions
· Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
· Ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives
· Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with teams including Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Store Operations
· Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication and updates
· Work closely with leadership to support strategic priorities and organizational initiatives
· Escalate project risks, delays, or concerns where appropriate
Reporting & Administrative Support
· Prepare project summaries, presentations, and reporting documentation for leadership review
· Maintain accurate project records and supporting documentation
· Assist with data analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvement initiatives
· Support ad hoc projects and operational priorities as required
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Administration, or a related field
· 2–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or related corporate roles
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
· Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is considered an asset
· PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification/coursework is considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
