What You'll Do

Greet customers and guide them through the service process

Create and manage repair orders

Recommend maintenance and repair services

Coordinate with technicians and parts departments

Communicate repair progress and timelines

Resolve customer concerns professionally

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment

Proven ability to build trust and recommend repairs ethically

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Commitment to customer satisfaction and team success

Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.
