Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and configuring various products and systems at client locations. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely project completion.
Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions
- Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate installation schedules and address on-site challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations
Skills
- Proven experience in installation, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between sites
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific tools or systems relevant to the installation tasks, such as electrical or plumbing knowledge
