Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base through proactive business development efforts.
- Manage inventory levels, tire stock, and auto parts to meet customer demands while minimizing waste.
- Oversee technician scheduling, performance evaluations, and training to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing operational workflows and implementing best practices for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations across all activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing expert guidance on tire selections, auto repairs, and maintenance services.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in automotive service centers or retail management roles.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and business development within the automotive or related industries.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
