Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for motorcycles, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair various motorcycle issues. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure motorcycles operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues on a variety of motorcycle models using specialized tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire replacements, and tune-ups
- Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all motorcycles meet safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently
- Keep the work area clean and organized to promote safety and productivity
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Experience with power tools used in motorcycle repair and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems quickly and accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to customers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
