Kors Tire is hiring a Store Manager for our Kamloops location. You’ll report to the Area Manager and own day-to-day operations of the store — sales, inventory, team, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Service
Handle daily customer interactions, sales, quotes, and payments
Use CRM daily
Track daily sales and submit reporting to the Area Manager ∙
Post and respond on Facebook Marketplace
Manage document control: invoices, work orders, warranty claims
Store Operations ∙
Run day-to-day operations in retail and install bays
Follow Kors Tire SOPs and enforce 3S practices
Prepare work orders for the Tire Technician
Keep the store clean, safe, and properly stocked
Inventory & Shipping
Plan and place stock orders through head office or our Kelowna warehouse
Receive shipments, verify counts, maintain accurate store inventory
Flag low-stock items and order issues to the Area Manager in time to act
Organize shipping for online ordersTeam Leadership
Supervise the Tire Technician and Service Advisor (when hired)
Enforce safety practices
Assist the Area Manager with training new staff
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years managing a retail, automotive, or service operation.
Tire/auto background is required.
Comfortable with daily sales reports and inventory numbers ∙
Direct communicator ∙ Comfortable with modern POS, CRM, and inventory tools
Valid driver’s licence
Local to Kamloops — this role is in person, no relocation

$80,000 annual base salary ∙
Performance bonus up to 10% of base, paid twice a year (July and January) based on summer and winter season targets ∙
