Base Hourly Minimum Wage ($17.60/hr) + Flat Per-Delivery Gas Subsidy + 100% of Tips (Averages $22–$26+/hr total take-home)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and flexible Full-Time Team Member & Delivery Driver to join our fast-casual restaurant family. This is a cross-functional role. When delivery orders come in, you will jump in your car to get our fresh, hot gourmet chicken to customers safely and efficiently. When there are no deliveries, you will work right alongside the kitchen team handling food prep, order packaging, and counter service.
Key Responsibilities Prompt & Safe Delivery:
Efficiently deliver hot food orders to local customers using your own reliable vehicle and smartphone GPS. Excellent Front-of-House Service: Represent our brand at the customer’s doorstep with a polite, friendly, and professional attitude. In-Store Support: When not out on a delivery, actively assist in the restaurant by packing takeout orders, handling light food prep (saucing wings, prepping sides), folding boxes, and keeping the station spotless.
Teamwork:
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen line to double-check order accuracy before leaving the store.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Vehicle & Phone:
Must own a reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone with a data plan for GPS navigation. License & Record: Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving history (a recent driver's abstract will be required prior to hire). Insurance: Proof of valid automotive insurance coverage.
Availability:
Must be available for full-time hours, including peak dinner rushes, weekends, and closing shifts. Attitude: Punctual, energetic, and a team-first mindset—someone who is happy to help out wherever needed in a fast-paced environment.
