Position Summary:
Qualifications:
- Formal training in electroencephalography (EEG) with an approved academic institution is an asset
- Recent post-graduate experience in performing EEG studies
- Recent post-graduate experience in performing EMG studies an asset
- Registered with the Association of Electromyography Technologists of Canada (AETC) preferred
- Completion of a formal training program in Electromyography (EMG) with an approved academic institution an asset
- Canadian Association of Electroneurophysiology Technologists (CAET) or registry eligible
- Proficient in all techniques required for electroneurophysiology testing
- Knowledge of normal neurophysiology, anatomy and pathological states
- Current BLS certification
- Able to respond to new implementations and challenges.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required.
- Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, and performance require.
- Possess the self-assurance and confidence to succeed in a fast paced, challenging environment.
