What we're looking for
- RIBO licence (required) and 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of excellence in sales.
- Deep product knowledge and the confidence that comes with real expertise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
