What We Are Looking For
We are not focused on job titles or a specific number of years of experience. We are looking for someone who can understand an industrial electrical problem, make sound engineering judgments, and take technical ownership of assigned work.
A candidate with both industrial and building electrical experience would be particularly valuable, as the position may support a mix of industrial, commercial, institutional, and government projects.
Employment Options & Compensation
We are open to different working arrangements for the right candidate:
Full-Time: approximately $90,000–$125,000 per year
Part-Time Employee: approximately $50–$65 per hour
Independent Contractor: approximately $65–$80 per hour
Compensation will depend on technical capability, relevant industrial experience, professional registration, and the level of responsibility the candidate can independently assume.
Exceptional candidates with strong industrial experience and demonstrated ability to independently lead technical work may be considered above these ranges.
Location
Vancouver / Lower Mainland, BC
A hybrid arrangement may be considered. Candidates should be able to attend project sites and in-person meetings in the Lower Mainland when required.
