Job Title: Delivery Driver – Boats & Travel Trailers
Location: Vernon, BC
Job Type: Part Time-Seasonal (May 1 – September 15, 2025)
Salary: up to $25.00 an hour dependent on experience and independence

We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Driver to join our team and help us transport boats and equipment to and from our locations and customers.
Job Summary: As a Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of boats, trailers, and recreational equipment to launch sites, docks, and customer locations. You will play a key role in delivering excellent service—not only delivering boats but also launching and loading them, conducting orientation with renters, ensuring all rentals include the required equipment, and confirming that each boat is cleaned and ready for use. You are expected to uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at every step of the rental process..
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport boats and recreational equipment using company vehicles and trailers
- Conduct orientations for renters
- Gassing up boats and filling propane
- Launch and load boats at their corresponding boat launches
- Deliver and set up travel trailers to renters for camping trips
- Perform basic safety checks and maintenance on vehicles and trailers
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with the dispatch team and customers professionally and clearly
- Conduct orientations and safety briefings for each rental
- Follow all company safety guidelines and traffic laws
- Ensure all rentals are cleaned and loaded with the correct equipment prior to their rental
- Remaining calm under high pressured situations with busy boat launches
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Posses a valid boating licence
- Experience operating a watercrafts such as pontoons, surf boats, bowriders and seadoos(1 year minimum)
- Experience launching and loading water crafts
- Experience towing and set up of travel trailers (1 year minimum)
- Familiarity with the Okanagan's boat launches and campgrounds is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be available on weekends and holidays (peak season)
