Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kelowna Airport.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email throughout the rental process
- Open and close rental agreements accurately
- Promote rental products and services using a customer-focused sales approach
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet requirements
- Complete daily administrative and operational tasks
- Clean vehicles and perform basic vehicle inspections as required
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass airport security screening
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
